This Application has been filed, seeking necessary orders to pay the fees of Rs.2,80,000/- to Mr.M.Ajeez Mohideen, B.E. (Civil) F.I.V., for the inspection work done and measurement taken for fixing of fair rent for the properties belonging to the trust estate of Maligai Merchant Charities situated at Door Nos. 16, 17 woods Road, Royapettai, Chennai - 2 and Door Nos. 14/15, 16/52, 28/46, Pycraft's Road First Street, Royapettai, Chennai - 14 to his Bank Account bearing Savings Bank Account No.100008405927 at INDUSIND BANK, Beach Station, Chennai - 1, IFSC Code - INDB0000167 from out of the funds of the trust estate of M.M.Charities.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Administrator General and Official Trustee (AG & OT) has submitted that Mr.M.Ajeez Mohideen, B.E. (Civil) F.I.V., has conducted inspection of 28 portions of properties, for which, he is claiming Rs.10,000/- per portion, totalling Rs.2,80,000/-. Since the amount demanded is on the higher side, the amount may be reduced and he may be paid Rs.5,000/- per portion.

Mr.M.Ajeez Mohideen, Civil Engineer, Door No.148, Angappa Naicken Street, Parrys, Chennai-1 (Mobile No.98411-34168) & (Aadhar No.8142-1320-8777) is present before this Court, who has described about the voluminous workload and hardship undergone by him during inspection of portions. However, he has stated that he is willing to accept Rs.7,000/- per portion as inspection fee.
4. In view of the above submissions, this Application is allowed, with a direction to the Applicant to pay Rs.1,96,000/- (Rs.7,000/-x28) to Mr.M.Ajeez Mohideen for the inspection work done and measurement taken for fixing of fair rent for the properties belonging to the trust estate of Maligai Merchant Charities as stated supra.
