Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to first respondent District Registrar Societies, Thiruvannamalai relating to No.960/A2/12, dated 07.06.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to Registrar the pending document No.46/2011 (which returned).

ORDER

This Court by its earlier order dated 05.02.2020 recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel on record for the petitioner that he reports no instructions in this matter and this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner on 07.02.2020. Accordingly, on 07.02.2020, the name of the petitioner was printed in the cause list and there was no representation on the side of the petitioner. This Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 14.02.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner. It can now be inferred that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
