ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sankari, to accept the sureties produced by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the petitioner to furnish the documents which was returned by the concerned Judicial Magistrate along with other documents as per direction of this Court dated 25.09.2018 in Crl.O.P.No.22135 of 2018. After receipt of the same, the concerned Judicial Magistrate is directed to verify and consider the same and accept the sureties produced by the petitioner.
