ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 34, 109 of IPC in Cr.No.06 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that A1 impersonated the defacto complainant and executed power of attorney in favour of A2. A2 executed sale deed in favour of A5. A3 and A4 stood as witness. The petitioner is arrayed as A4 in the case. 3.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. The learned counsel would further submit that the petitioner without knowing the consequences stood as witness. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the accused collided together and executed the sale deed and thereafter pledged the property and obtained loan from a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

Nationalized Bank. Since they did not repay the loan amount, the property was brought to auction. Thereafter, the defacto complainant lodged the complaint.
