This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of mandamus directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to issue patta. 2.
The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the property and he has made a representation to the second respondent seeking for patta. Since no orders were passed, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 3.
The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that pursuant to the bifurcation, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
concerned jurisdiction Tahsildar is the Tahsildar, Tambaram and therefore, the petitioner can be directed to make a fresh representation to the Tahsildar and the same will be considered and orders will be passed within a time fixed by this Court. 4.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited relief that has been sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Tahsildar, Tambaram along with a copy of the representation dated 10.10.2019 and all the relevant documents and the Tahsildar, Tambaram shall consider the same on its own merits and in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the representation from the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
