Alleging the violation of the orders of this Court made in W.P.No.32843/2012 dated 17.12.2012, the present contempt petition is laid.

When the matter is called, the learned Counsel appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.32843/2012 dated 17.12.2012 has already been complied with. The learned Counsel has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/225/2015, dated 04.12.2015 in this regard.
