The writ petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.04.2016 by the 1 to 4th respondents within stipulated period and consequently direct to save the petitioner life liberty and the petitioner family members life liberty also as well as the petitioner property against the 5 to 12 respondents by the 1 to 4th respondents.
2. The petitioner seeks police protection to carry out agricultural work in her land and submitted representation, dated 28.04.2016 to the respondents 1 to 4 to consider the same. Hence this writ petition
3. Now, almost three years have lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition, on fresh cause of action, if so advised.
4. With the above observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
