ORDER
Apprehending some disturbances from the third and fourth respondents, the present petition has been filed seeking for police protection.
2.Since the learned counsel appearing for the third and fourth respondents has some objection in the grant of police protection to the petitioner, it would not be appropriate for this Court to give a positive direction to the Inspector of Police. But at the same time, the petitioner's request for police protection cannot also be rejected in limine. In this background, it would be appropriate for this Court to direct the police to consider the petitioner's request after giving due opportunity to the respondents 3 and 4.
3.Hence, the petitioner is granted liberty to make appropriate
representation before the first respondent and on receipt of the same, the first respondent shall consider the same after giving due opportunity to the third and fourth respondents and to any other persons who may be interested in the subject property and pass orders on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.
