Prayer:- This Writ Petition is filed, under the Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue Writ of Certiorari to call for the records of the first respondent and quash the F.I.R. Registered as Crime No.568 of 2011 under section 451, 386, 387, 506[i] and 120 [B] IPC on the complaint given by the second respondent as against the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the first respondent and quash the F.I.R. Registered as Crime No.568 of 2011 under section 451, 386, 387, 506[i] and 120 [B] IPC on the complaint given by the second respondent as against the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that since the First Information Report registered as against the petitioner has been closed by the first respondent, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and this Writ Petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 11.10.2022 vrc 2/4
