A.No.3588 of 2023 in C.S No.81 of 2014 A.A. NAKKIRAN,J This application is filed to pass an order condoning the delay of 2372 days in filing the petition to set aside the exparte decree and judgment dated 23.08.2016 passed by this Court in the above C.S. No.81 of 2014.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed and filed counter in allowing the application.

3.Heard both sides.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the application is allowed on condition of payment of Rs.10,000/- to the respondent's counsel on or before 07.08.2023.

Accordingly, the application is allowed. Post on 07.08.2023.
