A.No.959 of 2024 in C.S.(Comm Div) No.194 of 2023 P.VELMURUGAN , J., This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to amend the plaint filed in the suit in C.S.No.194 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the second defendant/second respondent has stated no objection for allowing A. No.959 of 2024, which has been filed seeking for amendment as prayed for in the said application. However, the defendants 1, 3 to 8 and 9 have filed their objections.

3. Already application in A.No.4816 of 2023 seeking rejection of the plaint was closed vide order of this Court dated 30.10.2023 and also written statements have been filed by the defendants. Now the applicant has filed the present application to amend the plaint.

4. In view of the above and no prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the application is allowed, and also being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, the application in A.No.959 of 2024 is allowed with costs of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Five thousand only). The applicants are directed to pay the costs of Rs.25,000/- to all the contesting respondents proportionately on or before 18.04.2024.

5. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out the amendment in terms of this order.

6. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs is also directed to file the amended copy of the plaint and serve a copy of the same on the defendants' counsel well in advance before the next hearing date.

7. List the matter on 25.04.2024.
