Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certioriarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the order passed by the 3rd respondent in his order No.V15012/WS/VHNE/Rev. 24/11/8405, dated 13.10.2011 confirming the order of the 4th respondent dated 24.06.2011 in his appellate order No.V-15016/18/CISF/WZB/11 confirming the order of the 5th respondent dated 30.03.2011 in his final order No.V-15014 / CISF/GHA/Disc/Maj-01/GVK/2010-11/1373 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to take the petitioner into the strength of CISF as Constable with all benefits.

(This case has been heard through video conference) On the earlier occasion, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption "for dismissal".
