This petition has been filed to stay the operation of the Judgment and Decree dated 29.03.2019 passed in O.S.No.340 of 2006 by the Additional District Judge, Chengalpet.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this court to withdraw this petition as not pressed and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this petition is dismissed as not pressed.
