A.No.1238 of 2024 in C.S.No.937 of 2007 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal for non prosecution of A.No.6074 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023. 2.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the application and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application and the respondents have no objection, this application is ordered and the A.No.6074 of 2023 dated 27.11.2023 is set aside and the same is restored to file.

3.The learned counsel for the applicant shall serve copies of affidavit and judges summons to all the contesting respondents, within a period of one week.

4.Post the A.No.6074 of 2023 on 24.04.2024.
