This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.31718 of 2022 dated 23.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
