This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "3.That the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders" in Crl.M.P.No.20078 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26833 of 2023 on the file of this Court dated 22.12.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., 1st and 3rd week of Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.
