2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants.

3. Considering the fact that the sufficient reasons have been given for restoration of C.M.A, the petition is allowed and the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.3439 of 20121 is restored to file.

4. The Registry is directed to post the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.3439 of 2021 on 14.07.2022 "for arguments".
