This Civil Revision Petition has been preferred against the order dated 20.12.2012 made in I.A.No.1859 of 2012 in I.A.No.1489 of 2012 in O.S.No.790 of 2012 on the file of the learned I Additional District Munsif, Salem.

2. Today, when the Civil Revision Petition is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Revision and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
