(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA,J.) This petition has been filed to implead the petitioner as party respondent in the Writ Appeal in W.A. No.947 of 2014.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for R1.

3.Since the petitioner has become owner of the subject property by purchasing the same from the subsequent purchaser, the petitioner is a necessary and proper party to be impleaded in the above Writ Appeal.

Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
