This revision petition is directed as against the order dated 12.10.2015 passed by the learned XIII Small Causes Judge, Chennai in M.P.No.487 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.1670 of 2014, thereby dismissing the petition filed by the petitioner/tenant to appoint an advocate commissioner. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the respondents/landlords would submit that the said premise itself had already be taken possession by the respondents and therefore nothing survive in this petition. 3.
Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
