This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the case on the basis of the complaint dated 19.05.2016 given by the petitioner and investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. On a complaint given by one Divya, a case in Cr.No.765 of 2016 for offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC has been registered against the petitioner herein. As a counter blast, the petitioner has given the present complaint, a reading of which that it is merely an after thought. Hence, no positive direction can be given to the police to register an FIR.

In the result, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
