ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 12.12.2022 seeking for loan waiver. 2/6
2.The petitioner, who is a Member of the seventh respondent Society, had availed a loan from the seventh respondent. According to the petitioner, as per the Circular issued by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies dated 08.02.2021, she is entitled for loan waiver. In such circumstances, she has given representations dated 03.09.2021 and 12.12.2022 to the respondents requesting for sanctioning of loan waiver in respect of the loan availed by him. Since the representations have not been considered till date, she has filed this writ petition.
3.Heard Mr.V.Lakshmi Narayanan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.S.Ravi Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 6 and Mr.E.Veda Bagath Singh, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the seventh respondent.
4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the representations as stated supra are considered, on merits and in accordance with law by the respondents within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 3/6

vga 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the second respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representations dated 03.09.2021 and 12.12.2022 seeking for loan waiver in the light of the Circular dated 08.02.2021, issued by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
