This petition is filed to grant special leave to the petitioner for preferring the above appeal against the judgment dated 24.02.2020 made in S.C.No.253 of 2016 on the file of the learned Magalir Neethimandram (Fast Track Mahila Court) Thiruvallur.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the fourth respondent and perused the materials available on record. Despite the respondents 1 to 3 names printed in the cause list, there is no appearance either in person or through counsel.

3. On being satisfied with the averments made in support of this petition and also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court finds that there are arguable grounds prima facie for filing the appeal.
