These petitions are to condone the delay of 206 days in filing a petition permitting the petitioner to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the first respondent; to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent; and to accept the cause title of the fourth respondent in the present O.S.A.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay in filing the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent is condoned; the abatement caused due to the death of the first respondent is set aside; the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent are brought on record; and the cause title of the fourth respondent as K.Manoj, S/o.Koteshwar Rao, S-65, Plot No.3946, Anna Nagar, Chennai - 600 040, represented by his Power of Attorney M.K.Kala vide Power of Attorney dated 22.12.2020 is accepted. Accordingly, all the miscellaneous petitions are allowed. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
