ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition filed by the petitioner in W.P.No.6112 of 2016, by order dated 22.02.2016, directed the respondent to send one more communication to the concerned jurisdictional police authority along with a copy of the order seeking to render necessary police protection and after obtaining necessary police protection, the respondent was directed to comply https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ with the order of eviction passed by the Joint

Commissioner, H.R. & C.E. Administration Department, Chennai, against the encroacher, within a period of six weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 27.02.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Special Government Pleader (HR & CE) appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
