The suit was instituted by the appellant/plaintiff for specific performance. The suit was dismissed on 30.07.2010. In view of the fact that the suit was dismissed and the interim order as such sought for in the miscellaneous petition deserves no merit consideration. Accordingly, the civil miscellaneous petition stands dismissed.
