Petitioner seeks to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.41 of 2017 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Udumalpet.

3.The second respondent herein preferred a complaint against the petitioner alleging that the petitioner, with the help of some other persons had damaged the sluice point existing in Nallaru affecting irrigation of agricultural lands.
