These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 206 days in filing a petition permitting the petitioner to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent; to set aside the abatement caused by the death of the second respondent; and to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay in filing the petition to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent is condoned; the abatement caused due to the death of the second respondent is set aside; and the legal representatives of the deceased second respondent are brough on record. Accordingly, all the miscellaneous petitions are allowed. 4.

The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
