This petition is filed under section 11 of the contempt of courts act, 1971 praying to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the direction of this Court dated 17.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P. No. 27696 of 2010.

ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed against non-compliance of the order dated 17.10.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 27696 of 2010.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that a Writ Appeal No. 1745 of 2015 has been filed against the judgment dated 17.10.2014 in W.P. No. 27696 of 2010, in which there is an order of interim stay.
