1. The Petitioner herein, apprehending arrest at the hands of the Respondent Police, for having allegedly committed the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC, in Cr.No.Not Known, has filed this Criminal Original Petition, under Section 438 of Cr.PC, seeking anticipatory bail.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent would submit that a case has been registered in Cr.No.82 of 2020 for the offences under Sections 294(b) and 323 of IPC, against the Petitioner and the offences are bailable in nature.

4. Recording the said submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent, this Criminal Original Petitions is closed, granting liberty to the Petitioner to take steps, in accordance with law.
