Prayer: This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to stay the operation of the judgment and decree passed in A.S No.14 of 2018 on the file of the Subordinate Court, Gobichettipalayam, dated 04.10.2019 by reversing the judgment made in O.S No.78 of 2010, on the file of District Munsif Court, Gobichettipalayam dated 09.12.2015.
