These miscellaneous petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 99 days in filing the writ appeal.
2. Heard both sides.
3.Considering the submission made and on being satisfied with reasons stated in the affidavit, this Court is of the view that the delay may be condoned, however, on payment of cost. Accordingly, the delay is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only)
each, by the petitioner to the Tamilnadu Legal Aid Services Authority, Chennai, on or before 18.08.2025. On payment of cost, the Registry is directed to number the main appeals and post the same for admission on 20.08.2025. If the cost is paid on or before 18.08.2025, these petitions stand allowed.
