Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for all the connected and relevant records relating to the order in e/f/vz;/M 5/1832/2015, ehs; 26.04.2015 passed by the 3rd respondent relating to JHAI Scheme in Jhiyagaraja Puram Village Panchayat and the order in e/f/vz;/M 7/624/2015, ehs;12th dated March 2015 passed by the 7th respondent and quash the same and direct the 3rd and 7th respondents to issue administrative sanction and work orders based on the resolutions passed at the Grama Sabha Meeting of Thiyagarajapuram Village Panchaat dated 01.05.2015.
