Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to disburse the compensation to the petitioner for the acquisition of the property in R.S.No.10/2A admeasuring 0.530 hectares, kist assessed as Rs.0.75, R.S.No.10/3AA admeasuring 3.53.5 hectares, kist assessed as Rs.4.86, totally admeasuring 4.06.5 hectares in the name of the petitioner.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to disburse the compensation to the petitioner for the acquisition of the property in R.S.No.10/2A admeasuring 0.530 hectares, kist assessed as Rs.0.75, R.S.No.10/3AA admeasuring 3.53.5 hectares, kist assessed as Rs.4.86, totally admeasuring 4.06.5 hectares in the name of the petitioner.

2. Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1, 2, and 5. Ms.A.B.Rehana Begum, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 3 & 4.

3. Mr.V.Anandhamoorthy, learned Special Government Pleader makes a statement on instructions that on 06.01.2021, the compensation amount has been deposited before the First Additional Sub Court, Erode.

4. The said statement of the learned Special Government Pleader is recorded. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
