] This petition is filed to implead the Temple as the 5th respondent in W.P.No.3343 of 2024.

2.Having regard to the fact that the Temple is the owner of the property, this Court is inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.

3.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title.
