Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction to call for the records in PPO No.R1412432, dated 24.03.2017 on the file of the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, incompetent and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to fix and pay the salary/pension benefits as per the higher grade of pay of Rs.4,200/- per month as paid to similarly placed employees.
