2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, one of the condition imposed that the Petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 A.M. until further orders in Crl.OP.No.2311 of 2022 dated 02.02.2022, is relaxed.
