Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to cancel the joint patta in Patta No.1505 and Patta No.1506 and consequently, direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct enquiry and issue fresh patta in the name of the petitioner based on the petitioner representation dated 12.08.2020.

ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to cancel the joint patta in

Patta No.1505 and Patta No.1506 and consequently, direct the 2nd and 3rd respondents to conduct enquiry and issue fresh patta in the name of the petitioner based on the petitioner representation dated 12.08.2020.

2.Ms.A.B.Rehana Begum, learned Government Advocate entered appearance for Respondents 1 to 4 and submitted that an enquiry is scheduled to take place on 09.06.2021 at 3.00 p.m at the office of the third respondent.

3.The said statement of the learned Government Advocate is recorded.

4.In view of the above, no further direction is required to be given except that the third respondent is directed to issue notice to all the parties who are likely to be affected by his decision, provide them a fair and effective hearing and to dispose of the matter through a speaking order within a period of eight (8) weeks (after the conclusion of the General Elections to the Legislative Assembly - 2021) from 09.06.2021. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
