This matter is listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there has been a typographical error crept in paragraph 4 of the order dated 21.07.2020 wherein it has been stated as 'H.M.O.P. No.7 of 2019' instead of H.M.O.P. No.7 of 2020. Moreover, in the said order it has been stated as District Judge, Kariakal instead of Family Court, Karaikal. Learned counsel for the petitioner requested this Court to rectify the same. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, registry is directed to issue fresh order copy by altering as 'Family Court, Karaikal' instead of District Judge, Karaikal in the said order and in para 4 of the above order, it shall be altered as 'H.M.O.P. No.7 of 2020' instead of H.M.O.P. No.7 of 2019.
