This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in Crime No.374 of 2016 and file charge sheet as expeditiously as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State.
3. Today, Mr.P.Gopal, Sub Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, EDF-II, Team IXA, is present before this Court.
4. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police submitted that investigation in Crime No.374 of 2016 is almost completed and if some reasonable time is granted by this Court, the investigation would be completed and final report would be filed by the respondent police before the concerned Court.
5. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of three months from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
