This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 12 days in filing the above Criminal Appeal as against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.2677 of 2024 in Spl.S.C.No.3 of 2022 dated 19.12.2024 on the file of Special Court under Prevention of Terrorism Act 2022 at Poonamallee, Chennai

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.
