The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the Disqualification Slip Annexure-9 dated 06.02.2023 issued by the Respondent and directing the Respondent to conduct a fresh Physical Test to the Petitioner (Enrolment No. 1800987) for the post of Common Recruitment of GR.II, PCS, GR.II JWS and Fireman-2022.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that by efflux of time, the relief sought in this Writ Petition does not remain for consideration, and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record. 3.
