C O M M O N O R D E R On 08.08.2019, the Registry was directed to ascertain whether O.S.No. 426 of 2010 is still pending on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode. Accordingly, the learned II Additional Subordinate Judge, Erode sent a report in D.No.1387 of 2019 dated 10.08.2019 contending that O.S.No.426 of 2010 was disposed of on 06.07.2016. The present Civil Revision Petitions are filed against the fair and decreetal orders passed in I.A.Nos. 85 and 86 of 2013 in O.S.No. 426 of 2010. Since the main suit was itself disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.

2. In the facts and circumstances, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
