O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 4 from interfering with the petitioner's right to enjoy peaceful possession of the property, morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition, based on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026. 2.The petitioner claims that he is not aware of any land acquisition proceedings initiated against the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to the Writ Petition. According to the petitioner, all the revenue records stand in the name of the petitioner. While so, all of a sudden, the respondents are now attempting to evict the petitioner from the property on the ground that the property has already been acquired in accordance with law. In such circumstances, the petitioner had given a representation on 06.01.2026 to the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear them from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. Since the said representation was not considered, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

3.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4. Since no adverse orders are passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law within the time frame to be fixed by this Court. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation. 5.For the foregoing reasons, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the 4th respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 06.01.2026, seeking to forbear the respondents 1 to 4 from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this Writ Petition within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving due consideration to the supporting documents filed by the petitioner.
