(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The appeal has been disposed of on January 24, 2020.

2. An extreme indulgence was shown to the appellant to make the final deposit within four weeks of the final appellate order of January 24, 2020. The payment is forthcoming only now, when the Housing Board has decided to put up the property for auction and the reserve price has been set at about Rs.1.08 crore.

3. In view of the complete lack of diligence to make payments in time at every stage, the present application for extension is rejected and the appellant is left to work out his remedies in accordance with law.
