praying for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from outsourcing the key post of system Manager in Public (Elections) Department created as per G.O (1D) No. 233 public (Elections II) Department dated 04.11.2013 based on the directives of Election commission of India and consequently directing the Respondents to continue the service of the petitioner as System Manager on contract basis in the office of Chief Electoral officer in Public (Elections) Department, based on the representation dated 01.03.2022 with all consequential benefits including arrears of salary.
