2. When these Writ Petitions are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that now CMDA has reclassified the subject lands as part of Red Hills water catchment area and part of Chennai

Outer Ring Road. He therefore prays that liberty may be granted to the petitioners to file fresh application with appropriate prayer.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner these Writ Petitions are disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application, before the appropriate authority.
