ORDER

Mr.M.R.Gokulkrishnan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.

2.Mr.C.R.Prasanan, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader on written instructions received from the 1 st respondent submitted that the 1 st respondent has already considered the claim made by the petitioners and passed an order on an earlier occasion on 07.05.2018 and the same was put to challenge before this Court in W.P.No.19424 of 2018. This writ

3/6 petition was disposed of by an order dated 15.07.2022, wherein, the petitioners informed the Court that they will file a fresh application before the Tahsildar and Taluk Surveyor to conduct the survey in the subject property. Accordingly, the writ petition was disposed of recording this submission and this Court did not go into the legality or otherwise of the earlier order passed by the 1 st respondent dated 07.05.2018. In view of the same, the 1 st respondent is not inclined to entertain the subsequent revision petition filed by the petitioners. 4.If the 1 st respondent is not inclined to entertain the subsequent revision petition filed by the petitioners, the petitioners must be informed about the same by passing an appropriate order and only then the petitioners can workout their remedy in the manner known to law.

In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to convey the decision to the petitioners, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If the petitioners are aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioners to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
