O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed alleging the noncompliance of the order and direction issued by this Court of the order dated 19.04.2022 passed in O.P.No.459 of 2020.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent/mother willfully disobeyed the order of this Court dated 19.04.2022 passed in O.P.No.459 of 2020. Therefore, she had committed contempt of the order of the Court dated 19.04.2022.

3. Original Petition No.459 of 2020 has been filed by the petitioner seeking sole custody of the minor sons to the petitioner. Further Application No.2562 of 2020 has also been filed by the petitioner seeking interim custody of the minor sons to the petitioner till the disposal of the abovesaid Original Petition. Based on the terms agreed upon between the parties, this Court vide order dated 19.11.2022 disposed of the Original Petition.

4. This Court passed the conditional order based only on the Joint Memo entered into between the parties. Hence the petitioner and the respondent are directed to obey the order of this Court.

5. With the abovesaid direction, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
