O R D E R

The petitioner, prima facie, is not entitled for the relief sought for simply on the ground of having approached this Court at literally, the 11th hour. The examination in question, is scheduled between 28.02.2022 and 04.03.2022. The petitioner has filed this writ petition only on 03.03.2022 and sought a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

'Lunch Motion' that was granted bearing in mind the interests of the students pursuant to which the present order has been passed.

The petitioner-College states that it has remitted the examination as well as eligibility fee for a total of 164 students in the B.Ed Programme and 26 students in the M.Ed Programme, on 13.12.2021. However and admittedly, the certificates in regard to 15 students in the B.Ed Course and 4 students in the M.Ed Course, have not been uploaded ostensibly on account of a technical error.

3. This Writ Petition is thus disposed, permitting the petitioner to approach the University today and produce the necessary certificates for its verification. If the respondent is in a position to conduct the certificate verification and issue Hall Tickets in time, they may do so. No costs. Consequently, the connected Writ Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
